On 31st January, Marlborough College Malaysia hosted the annual Straits Rugby 10s Tournament, welcoming teams from across Singapore and Malaysia for a day of highly competitive rugby. Across all age groups from U11 to U18, our squads faced strong and experienced opposition, including Malaysian national champions, in what proved to be a demanding but valuable test.

Despite some challenging fixtures, the Marlborough Spirit was evident throughout the day. As the tournament progressed, our players showed clear growth in confidence, defensive intensity, and cohesion, with younger players stepping up successfully into higher age groups. The experience gained will prove invaluable as our teams continue to develop and prepare for the challenges ahead.

1월 31일, 말레이시아 말버러 칼리지는 매년 스트레이츠 럭비 10s 토너먼트를 개최하여 싱가포르와 말레이시아 전역의 팀들을 초청하여 치열한 럭비 경기를 펼쳤습니다. U11부터 U18까지 모든 연령대에서 말레이시아 국가 챔피언을 포함한 강력하고 경험 많은 팀들이 도전에 직면했으며, 이는 까다롭지만 가치 있는 시험이었습니다.
몇 가지 어려운 경기에도 불구하고 말버러 스피릿은 하루 종일 눈에 띄었습니다. 대회가 진행될수록 우리 선수들은 자신감, 수비 강도, 응집력에서 뚜렷한 성장세를 보였고, 젊은 선수들은 더 높은 연령대로 성공적으로 진출했습니다. 우리 팀이 앞으로 다가올 도전에 계속해서 발전하고 준비하는 과정에서 얻은 경험은 매우 귀중할 것입니다.
