The story title The title of the stidy is Aerobic vs. Anaerobic Exercise.

I think the story is interesting because it is about aerobic and anaerobic exercises. I didn't know the differences between aerobic and anaerobic exercises in more detail. Now I understand aerobic and anaerobic differences in more detail. I am now interested in exercise, so I read the story attentively. Due to this story, I want to find out more about aerobic and anaerobic exercises.
