Leadership in action across our campus.

Our recent Investiture Ceremonies at Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens, Johor Bahru celebrated students from both our National and International schools who have stepped forward to lead, serve and make a difference.

From Student Council members who champion student voice, to Tenby Scholars representing the school beyond our gates, House Captains, Prefects, Microsoft Showcase Student Ambassadors and Upstanders — each role offers meaningful opportunities for students to grow in confidence, responsibility and character.

At Tenby SEG, we believe leadership takes many forms. It is built through service, teamwork, empathy and the courage to set a positive example for others. These experiences help students develop essential soft skills that prepare them for life beyond the classroom.

Thank you to every student who has chosen to rise to the occasion and contribute to our school community. Your willingness to lead with purpose helps shape a stronger, kinder and more connected campus for all.

최근 텐비 스쿨 세티아 에코 가든에서 열린 투자식에서 조호르 바루는 선도하고 봉사하며 변화를 이루기 위해 노력한 국립 및 국제 학교의 학생들을 축하했습니다.
학생 목소리를 옹호하는 학생회 회원부터 정문 너머 학교를 대표하는 텐비 장학생, 하원의원, 주지사, Microsoft 쇼케이스 학생 홍보대사, 업스탠더에 이르기까지 각 역할은 학생들이 자신감, 책임감, 인성을 키울 수 있는 의미 있는 기회를 제공합니다.
텐비 SEG에서는 리더십이 다양한 형태로 나타난다고 믿습니다. 리더십은 서비스, 팀워크, 공감 능력, 그리고 다른 사람들에게 긍정적인 모범을 보이려는 용기를 통해 구축됩니다. 이러한 경험은 학생들이 교실 밖의 삶을 준비하는 데 필수적인 소프트 스킬을 개발하는 데 도움이 됩니다.
