Dear M-Julia What do you mean by " fried dish"? Is it similar to Bindeduck(빈대떡)? I want to taste it. I have watched for a chance. Yesterday afternoon, when I went to a market, I bought some green bean sprouts, two cakes of bean curd, grinned pork and beef. I cut Kimchi into small pieces and squeezed it. And I mixed them in a large bowl. This is the stuffing of dumpling. And I took out dumpling sheets from the fridge. But they have been in the fridge for a long time, the edges of sheets were very dry, so I couldn't make dumpling with them. So, I decided to make another food by it. It named...a(?) fried dish! I put some eggs and flour into it, mixed them again...(주물럭 주물럭...I don't know how I express something like sounds or motions.) Even though my children enjoyed the food with cheer, but I really wanted to eat home-made dumpling. I can't do both making paper of dumpling and making dumpling(it means putting stuffing into a paper of dumpling). When it is possible that my kids can make dumpling with papers which I have made in advance? Or when it is possible that one of my kids can make the sheets of dumpling? Everyone knows, it is better delicilous to eat home-made sheets of dumpling than selling ones. When I can eat like that?
