Being sued by a company due to a trademark infringement, my company has been in trouble for 5 months since end of June. As a general manager, I have to take care of all process to resolve this legal action as a defendant.

Whenever I see many people around the court, I feel this is not a place to come during a life. From big issues drawing news media’s attention to very minor cases, the related parties should spend a lot of time, fees, and mental fatigue.

Finally, both parties agreed yesterday and I became free from this real headache.

Regardless of the expenses we spent, I feel much better now and can concentrate on my own job along with activities in the cafe.

Really, I hate to head even for the Kyodae area where the court is located in Seoul.
