Smart AI v1.2.4This mod includes the Smart Autoslider and better Autotrading for HoI 3 v1.2.

Trading features
- Evaluation of trades on a smooth scale instead of jumps
- Cancels inactive trading routes
- Cancels incoming trading routes when stockpile rises high
- Cancels outgoing trading routes when stockpile drops low
- Some bugs fixed
- Evaluates trade offers based on both trading partners' stockpiles, money income, money stockpile, minimum trade size
- Tries to maximize traded goods per deal based on need, availability and money
- Forces trades before essentials run out even with low money (slider will fix income if possible in the next tick). Fixes Japan running out of rares and money at the same time.
Slider and production features
- Fixes ENG's transport ship spam
- Higher priority for convoy and escort building
- Smarter when choosing when and how many convoys and escorts to build
- Uses excess IC to build wider range of buildings
- Builds building in different provinces instead of queuing them (bug)
- Builds infantry with support brigades (AA, anti-tank or artillery) or militia from excess IC
- Smooth adjustment for sliders (no big back and forth jumps)
- Prevents countries from building anything bigger than total IC power (minors wont build crazy stuff)
- Theater infantry brigade requests are replaced in 1/3 of cases for support brigades to make tough armies
- Adjustable goal stockpile for supplies and money
- No more editing needed to set human player!
How to use it
- Copy it in your script folder (make a backup first).
- Run the game (no more lua file editing needed unless you want to change the stockpile goals)
- In game set the sliders to auto to get your slider and production managed like all AI countries
- Set sliders to prioritize reinforcements and it will work as the v1.3 slider filling consumption, supply, reinforcement, production and upgrade (in that order)
- Set sliders to prioritize upgrades and it will be filling consumption, supply, upgrade, reinforcement and production (in that order)
- Set sliders to prioritize production and it will be filling consumption, supply, production, reinforcement and upgrade (in that order)
Change Logv1.2.4Bug-fix and improved canceling of trades. Now a supply trade will be slowly abandoned if the seller is making money (spend IC on something else) or the buyer produces more than 10% over CG need to make money to pay (better to produce supplies yourself).

- Added infrastructure and radar to build from excess IC
- Minor bug-fix which preferred buildings over infantry from excess IC
- Buildings are now build with more conditions, e.g. a naval port now allows building a coastal fort, radar or AA in the same province
Trades:
- Cancel oil trades if fuel stock is high and balance positive
- Slowly cancel supply export when money income is positive
- Discourage sales of supply when money income is positive
- Encourage sales of supply when money income is negative

- Trades now cancel when being inactive for a while because of lack of resource/convoys (PI bug fixed)
- Country will cancel incoming trades of a good if it's stockpile is more than 200*IC or 90000 and it has a positive balance
- Country will cancel outgoing trades of a good if it has a stockpile of less than 50*IC and a negative balance
- Trades will be initiated every 10 days
- Trades will be evaluated for canceling once a month
Alpha 4Bug fix - ENG will now only have a 10% chance to build a transport ship when AI requests one. This should prevent the ENG transport spam.
Alpha 3
- Fixed waste of IC through de-synced slider and production call by slowing AI production. Only 1 unit per day will be added to the queue for AI countries.
- More aggressive trade ignoring money stockpile. The slider fixes that for the AI countries anyway.
- Goal stockpile for trade is 100* country's total IC
- When trading try and trade for 10% more than needed to grow stockpile and prevent tiny subsequent trades.
- Add small chance to trade score.
- Choice of trade depends now mainly on both trading parties stockpiles, balances and how much of a need is fulfilled with a possible trade. Relationships are pushing chance up or down.
- Try and encouraged supply sales a little.
- AI countries now stockpile a little money when excess IC is available to be better trading partners.
- If a country run completely out of a good it will now try and buy it at 10% of IC increments.
