자 격 요 건	학사 - 농학, 원예학, 농∙생물학 전공자 우대 Role purpose · Develop timely differentiated solution and profitable products for crop strategy to lead market change · Delivers adequate technical solution and support to CM, SD and CU to shorten time to target sales of new products Accountabilities · Set trial design & implementation to meet product development strategy in collaboration with PB&P, RA, SD, crop marketing & CM · Generate & provide good and quality trial data into development programs to drive product advancement decisions across crops, and is reported for consistency and fitness for the purpose. · Organize CID with high quality trial result to demonstrate KBFs inviting internal & external customers Must Have · Crop science degree · English communication skill · Profound knowledge on Seeds · Sound understanding of CP products Knowledge, experience & capabilities · Deep knowledge on agronomy across all vegetables · Field experience in SE PE · Various crop cultivation and agricultural system · Capability & experience to deliver high quality data for product advancement decision · Communication skill · Teamwork with CP PE&A, Breeding, CM, SD & CU
