Year 2 Numeracy – Measuring with Centimetres (cm)

Our Year 2 students explored the concept of measurement using centimetres as part of the Cambridge Mathematics curriculum. They learned how to use a ruler correctly and enjoyed hands-on activities measuring classroom objects like pencils, books, and crayons. Through fun comparisons and estimation tasks, students strengthened their understanding of length and accuracy in measurement.
