I understand that space exploration can be beneficial.

A number of new technologies, such as microwave, were created while space project was being worked on.

But come on! Scientist would have invented microwave from other researches anyway.

For a small country like Korea, whose budget is about just 10% of that of the U.S, space exporation is just an luxury.

We still have lots of people  worrying how to put food on the table, how to educate their kids, how to pay for basic necessities.Space exploration does not bring any tangible result to most people.

Space exploration is cool. I give that. But it can't justify the enormous amount of money it spends that otherwise would

improve the quality of so many people's lives
