너덜너덜하게 노출되어 있는 혈관을 말하는 것 같네요. 첨에 neatness 보다는 speed라 했으니 (더군다나 amputation인데) 절단 면에 노출된 혈관들을 이어줘야 하는데 신속하게 연결시켜 놓고 주변에 잔뿌리처럼 여기저기 남아있는 작은 혈관들이나 묶고 남은 조각들 처리를 잘 못했다는 소리 같습니다.
