믿기 어려운 익사직전 구조 작업

9월 14일자인데, 온타리오 콜링우드라는 호숫가 도시에서 600 피트 180미터 쯤 떨어진 곳에서 어떤 사람 크리스토퍼 로버트슨 이라는 40세의 남자가 카약을 하다가 배가 전복되면서 구조를 요청했습니다. 이때  근처에서 수영하던 여고생인 제이미 룻 클라쎈이 듣고 수영하여 다가갔으나, 크리스토퍼는 물아래로 가라앉았습니다. 제이미가 물속 3.6 미터를 잠수하여 그를 건져 올려냈으나 의식이 없었고 호흡이 없었습니다. 한팔로 그를 붙잡고, 다른 손과 발들로 수영하여 해변으로 나오는데, 탈진하여 도움을 요청했고 다른 사람이 와서 도와주어 호숫가로 데려 나왔습니다. 이후 그는 병원으로 옮겨졌고, 살아났습니다.

이 여고생은 수영선수 급으로 보입니다.

안믿어지는 이야기. 콜링우드는 온타리오에서 휴런 호숫가에 있는 매우 아름다운 도시입니다.

Forty-year-old Christopher G. Robertson was kayaking in Georgian Bay in Collingwood, Ontario, when the kayak took on water and capsized. He held onto his overturned kayak and called for help. Jamey Ruth Klassen, 16, high school student from Guelph, Ontario, was on the beach and entered the water and swam about 600 feet to the kayak. By then, Robertson had submerged. Seeing him on the bottom of the lake, Jamey dived 12 feet and pulled him to the surface. Jamey positioned Robertson face up with his head on her shoulder. He was unconscious and not breathing. Grasping him around the chest with one arm, she used the other arm and her legs to swim toward shore with Robertson. Jamey was nearly exhausted and shouted for help. A man on a paddleboard responded, and he and Jamey placed Robertson on the board. The man took Robertson to shore, where he was removed from the water. Jamey swam to shore. Robertson was revived and taken to a hospital, where he was treated. He recovered.
