20241215 Worship in TFGC 주일예배- 하늘에는 영광 땅에는 평화

20241215 The Lord's Day

Went 50 miles to Bitter Springs Baptist Church to worship and share.

But found another speaker whom I was not informed of, so went to another church; Tonalea Full Gospel Church.

It happened a few times before but possible because of different worship time.)

It was my third visit to this church.

They have a list of events in the community as well as in the church in this season of the year.

So, some outreaches and self celebrations.

Thank God for that the church is growing in quantity and quality.

Shared ministry update and a message on Isaiah 7:14 and Luke 2:14; the reason, purpose, and effect of the Birth of Jesus Christ; Glory in the heaven, and Peace among people.

The pastor almost always asks if I would share a message whenever I go there.

Also checked their facility improvement project (toilet with shower) by a church in Valley area.

We may conduct summer ministry with this church in the next July.

Neither Success nor Failure, but Obedience Matters!

예배와 말씀나눔을 위해 50마일을 달려 Bitter Springs Baptist Church로 갔는데...

나에게 미처 연락이 되지 않은 다른 설교자가 있기에 발길을 돌려 Tonalea Full Gospel Church로 갔다. (두세 번 벌어졌던 일인데 두 교회의 예배시간이 다른 관계로 가능.)

올해 세 번째의 방문.

성탄과 연말연시를 맞이해 교회 내외로 행사들이 예정되어 있다.

어떤 것은 외부접촉, 어떤 것은 내적인 축제.

그리고 교회가 숫자와 질에 있어서 성장하고 있으니 하나님께 감사.

우리의 사역현황과 더불어 이사야 7:14와 누가복음 2:14절 말씀으로 예수님이 태어나신 의미, 즉 하늘에는 영광, 땅에는 평화에 관하여 말씀을 나눴다.

당 교회 목사는 내가 갈 때마다 말씀을 전하겠냐고 거의 매 번 물어본다.

피닉스 지역의 한 교회의 도움으로 진행되고 있는 화장실/샤워장 작업도 둘러보았고...

내년 7월에 진행될 단기선교에 관해서도 이야기를 나눴다.

성공 혹은 실패가 아니라 순종 여부가 문제다!
