◎ 새로운 것을 받아들이는 사람은 활기(活氣)차다.(He who accepts new things is lively.) ◎

결코 아는 자가 되지 말고 언제까지나 배우는 자가 되어라. "마음의 문을 닫지 말고 항상 열어두도록 하여라.(Never be an acquaintance, but be an actor forever. "Keep the door of your heart open all the time.)

졸졸 쉴새없이 흘러내리는 시냇물은 썩 지 않듯이, 날마다 새로운 것을
받아들이는 사람은 언제나 활기에 넘치 고, 열정으로 얼굴에 빛이 납니다.(Just as the stream drips without breaking down, those who accept new things every day are always full of life, Your face glows with passion.)

고여(watery)있지 마시길, 멈춰있지 마시길, 삶 은 지루한 것이 아닙니다. 삶은 권태로운 것이 아닙니다.(Don't stay still, don't stay still, life is not boring. Life is not boring.)

삶은 신선(神仙, fresh)해야 합니다. 삶은 아름다운 것입니다. 삶은 사랑으로 가득차 있습니다.(Life should be fresh. Life is a beautiful thing. Life is full of love.)

자신이 하는 일에 열중하고 몰두할 때 행복은 자연히 따라옵니다. 결코 아는 자가 되지 말고 언제까지나 배우는 자가 되십시오.(Happiness comes naturally when you are absorbed in what you are doing. Don't be an acquaintance, but be a learner forever.)

고민은 어떤 일을 시작하였기 때문에 생기기보다는 일을 할까 말까 망설이는 데에서 더 많이 생긴다고 합니다.(It is said that worries arise more from hesitating whether to work or not than from starting something.)

망설이기보다는 불완전한 채로 시작하는 것이 한 걸음 앞서는 것이 되기도 합니다.(Rather than hesitating, starting incomplete is also a step ahead.)
