현명한 사람은 도움이 되어요.

똑똑한 사람은 말을 잘 해요.

현명한 사람은

도움이 되는 말을 해요.

똑똑한 사람은 머리가 좋아요.

현명한 사람은 머리를 잘 써요.

똑똑한 사람은 아는 게 많아요.

현명한 사람은 하는 게 많아요.

똑똑한 사람은 지식을 쌓요.

현명한 사람은 경험을 쌓요.

똑똑한 사람은 똑똑한 짓을 해요.

현명한 사람은 유익한 행동을 해요.

똑똑한 사람은 항상

자기가 옳다고 생각해요.

현명한 사람은

자기가 틀릴 수 있다고 생각해요.

똑똑한 사람은 조언을

잘 못 받아들여요.

현명한 사람은 모든 사람에게

배우려고 해요.

똑똑한 사람은

고통에서 고통을 키워요.

현명한 사람은 고통에서 배워요.

우리는 똑똑할 수도 있고

현명할 수도 있어요.

똑똑한 사람이 명상하면

마음의 여유가 생겨서

현명한 사람이 되어요.

The difference between a clever person and a wise person.

A clever person is not helpful. A wise person is helpful.
A clever person knows how to talk. A wise person talks in a way that is helpful.
A clever person is intelligent. A wise person knows how to use his intelligence.
A clever person knows many things. A wise person does many things.
Clever person accumulates knowledge. A wise person accumulates experience.
A clever person is clever in his actions. A wise person is wholesome in his actions.
A clever person always thinks he is right. A wise person knows he may be wrong.
A clever person cannot take advice. A wise person tries to learn from everyone.
A clever person will only add onto to his suffering. A wise person will learn from his suffering.

We can be clever or we can be wise. By bringing spaciousness to the mind through meditation, a clever person becomes a wise person.
