첫댓글NFPA 13 (2002) 10-2.2 정압시험 10-2.2.1 설비 작동압력을 받을 우려가 있는 모든 내부배관과 부속장치는 200 psi(13.8bar)로 정압시험을 실시해야 하며 2시간동안 손실없이 그 압력을 유지해야 한다. 손실은 계기압력의 강하와 육안으로 누수를 판단한다........그 외 예외 사항도 있습니다. 예외사항 중 날씨가 추워 물로 시험할 수 없는 경우 10-2.3 표준 정압시험에 추가하여 공기압력 누설시험은 40psi(2.8bar)에서 24시간동안 행해야 한다. 압력손실이 24시간동안 1 1/2 psi(0.1bar)를 초과하는 누설은 보수해야 한다. 참고하세요
10-2.2.1* All piping and attached appurtenances subjected to system working pressure shall be hydrostatically tested at 200 psi (13.8 bar) and shall maintain that pressure without loss for 2 hours. Loss shall be determined by a drop in gauge pressure or visual leakage. The test pressure shall be read from a gauge located at the low elevation point of the system or portion being tested. Exception No. 2: Where cold weather will not permit testing with water, an interim air test shall be permitted to be conducted as described in 10-2.3.
10-2.3 Dry Pipe and Double Interlock System(s) Air Test. In addition to the standard hydrostatic test, an air pressure leakage test at 40 psi (2.8 bar) shall be conducted for 24 hours. Any leakage that results in a loss of pressure in excess of 11/2 psi (0.1 bar) for the 24 hours shall be corrected.
