Such <a style="color: #c00e1b;" href="https://gcaptain.com/ukraine-says-russian-missile-hits-second-grain-ship/" target="_blank" class="ke-link">attacks</a>, which damaged a total of four foreign-flagged vessels since Oct. 6, had already <b><a style="color: #c00e1b;" href="https://gcaptain.com/russian-attacks-spark-surge-in-war-insurance-for-ukraine-grain-ships/" target="_top" class="ke-link">pushed insurance rates up</a>.</b></p><p>One of the two vessels hit on Monday was <b>a Palau-flagged bulk carrier, Optima,</b> which sustained damage in another ballistic missile attack last week, Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba said on Telegram.</p><p>The strike also damaged a <b>Belize-flagged civilian vessel and a grain storage facility.</b></p><p>“The port infrastructure once again became the enemy’s target. One person was killed and eight others were injured,” Oleh Kiper, the regional governor said.</p><p>Kuleba added that all victims were civilians. 첫댓글USV로 흑해를 장악했다고 봤는데 러시아는 그 파훼법으로 오데사의 인프라를 파괴하는 장거리 미사일 공격을 택한 것 같군요. 지상전에서 드론 활용은 꽤 빨리 따라잡았는데 USV쪽은 눈에 띄는 활동이 없는 것 보면 아무래도 흑해 상공에서 활동할만한 정찰, 통신-중계 자산이 없어서 일까요?

스타링크 도둑질(일지는 모르겠습니다만)해 쓰고 있는 게 확인되는데 USV를 왜 안 쓰는건지.. 일단 USV를 이용해 타격할만한 자산이 없는 게 크겠죠? 무제한 통상파괴전쟁 선언하고 다른 나라 선적 화물선을 마구 침몰시키는 건 부담이 크고.
