MCM weekly highlights

With just four weeks remaining until the end of term, pupils across the College continue to make the most of every opportunity both in and beyond the classroom.

Over the weekend, the MCM Junior Tennis Classic organised by MCM Tennis Team saw a number of strong performances, with Amanda T securing the Junior Pro title following an all-MCM final against Audrey T.

MCM swimmers also competed at the SAS Eagles Aquatics Championships over the same weekend, recording a series of personal bests across all events and gaining valuable competition experience.

Our Nursery pupils visited the local Fire Station, taking part in hands-on fire safety activities including “stop, drop and roll,” exploring the fire engine, and developing their understanding of fire safety.

Year 4 pupils took to the stage in their production of *Viking Thunder*, performing with confidence, enthusiasm, and creativity.

This term’s Junior Lectern Club evening saw Year 8 pupils deliver thoughtful speeches on the theme “Colouring Outside the Lines,” with particularly strong contributions from Finn W and Chloe T recognised for their originality and impact.

주말 동안 MCM 테니스 팀이 주최한 MCM 주니어 테니스 클래식에서 아만다 T가 오드리 T와의 올 MCM 결승전을 끝으로 주니어 프로 타이틀을 획득하는 등 여러 차례 강세를 보였습니다.
MCM 수영 선수들은 같은 주말 동안 SAS 이글스 수영 선수권 대회에도 참가하여 모든 종목에서 개인 최고 기록을 세우며 귀중한 대회 경험을 쌓았습니다.
우리 어린이집 학생들은 지역 소방서를 방문하여 "멈추고, 떨어뜨리고, 구르기"를 포함한 체험형 화재 안전 활동에 참여하고, 소방차를 탐색하며 화재 안전에 대한 이해를 키웠습니다.
4학년 학생들은 자신감, 열정, 창의력을 가지고 *바이킹 썬더*를 제작하며 무대에 올랐습니다.
이번 학기 주니어 렉스턴 클럽 저녁 행사에서는 8학년 학생들이 "선 밖의 색"이라는 주제로 사려 깊은 연설을 했으며, 특히 핀 W와 클로이 T의 독창적이고 영향력 있는 기여가 인정받았습니다.
