CASE 4: Abdominal pain
Doctor: Good morning. What’s your problem?
Patient: I have a stomach pain from last night.

Patient: I had meat for last dinner.

Doctor: Do you have any allergies to medicine?

Doctor: Have you ever been hospitalized or undergone any surgeries before?
Patient: 10 years ago, I got a heart surgery in the United States.
Doctor: Okay. Now I will start Intravenous injection to balance the fluid loss.
Then you can get an Abdominal Ultrasound scan.
