북미 인증인 NRTL과 field labeling(FE)에 대해 키와체르멧에서도 올해 상반기 부터 인증서비스가 가능

키와와 업무협력 인증기관 QPS( 캐나다 소재_http://qps.ca)에서 제공하는 북미 인증인 NRTL과 field labeling(FE)에 대해 키와체르멧에서도 올해 상반기 부터 인증서비스가 가능할 것으로 보입니다.

현재 양사간의 업무 협력에 대한 구체적인 논의가 진행되고 있어 좋은 결과를 기대하고 있습니다.

최종 협력 계약 체결 결과에 따라 북미인증에 관한 내용을 브로셔를 만들어서 홍보할 계획입니다.

A field eval‎uation is a process whereby products that do not a certification acceptable to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), owner other regulatory body can be eval‎uation to the applicable product safety standards for the specific application and location where the product is being utilized. The process includes construction inspection for use of components, assembly and limited nondestructive testing to complete the assessment.

FE는 관할지역에서 확인하는 적합한 인증을 받지 않은 경우, 소유주는 기타 기관을 이용하여 제품과 설치지역에 대해 안전규격 적용을 평가할 수 있는 절차이다. 이러한 절차는 부품의 사용, 조립 관련, 비파괴검사 등을 포함한 구조검토를 실시한다.

QPS Field Eval‎uation service with locations throughout Canada and USA, provides with fast and cost effective on-site testing and eval‎uating of your products to technical requirements accepted by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). The inspection site may be the place of installation, manufacturing, distribution, storage, or any other location. We will even travel to Europe and Asia to provide inspections for products destined for North America.

캐나다와 미주에 걸쳐 위치한 QPS FE서비스는 관할규제/집단의 승인을 받을 수 있도록 비용을 절감하고 신속하게 온사이트 테스트와 평가를 제공한다. 평가를 실시하는 곳은 제품이 설치되거나 생산되는 곳, 또는 적재, 분배 장소 그리고 기타 장소이다. QPS 유럽 및 아시아 출장 뿐 아니라 북미까지 제품 평가를 제공하고 있다.

We may choose Field Eval‎uation if any one or more of the following situations applies to you.

FE를 선택할 때는 아래와 같은 이유에서 가능하다.

• Time is of the essence and certification is not practical.

  시간 대비 인증완료가 현실적이지 않을 때

• The equipment is already shipped or installed.

  장비가 이미 선적 또는 설치 되었을 때

• You receive the equipment in limited quantities or batches, 500 maximum per model year.

장비가 연간 최대 500EA정도로 한정 생산 될 때

• You are testing the market and may not continue production.

  시장상황을 파악할 뿐 생산을 지속하지 않을 때

• You want to make sure the product complies with the essential requirement before submitting it for certification.

  인증시작 전 필수요구사항에 대해 확실히 하고 싶을 때

• You modify an already certified piece of equipment.

  인증받은 장비의 일부를 수정하고자 할 때

The products that do not have the certification acceptable to the Authority Having Jurisdiction are at the bottom eligible for the field eval‎uation.

각 관할구역으로부터 인정되는 인증이 없는 제품들은 FE를 받을 수 있다.
