25% - Supply Chain Leadership - Coordinate with senior global and functional Supply Chain Management to understand business direction. - Communicate & translate relevant, critical business direction & needs to the operations team and logistics service provider - Drive relevant industry logistics initiatives to the businesses and customers in an effort to streamline costs and speed product to market. - Develop FY operational business plan & budget, integrating cross-Supply Chain plans and business unit plans to support the overall Korea business plan & goals. - Define, develop and implement the long term logistics strategy to support the growth of the Nike Golf Korea business. - Responsible for identifying and leading the implementation of all IT/systems related requirements that are needed to support the supply chain objectives.
20% - Operations & Customer/Consumer Service Management - Set supply chain performance and financial metrics and goals. Manage the supply chain to achieve these goals. - Define operational policies and procedures. - Develop, implement and support short and long-term strategies to improve quality of service of deliverables to internal and external customers. - Continually evaluate ongoing operational needs and implement strategies designed to maximize quality, reduce costs and ensure equipment, processes and procedures are efficient and effective. - Develop and implement training plans to ensure operational practices and standards are being met on an ongoing basis. - Ensure right product goes on right place with right price. - Provide the quality service to retailers and consumers to make right decision - Develop return/repair process to save the cost and to provide better service - Analyze and provide defective type and ratio to PLM and report it global team to adopt to develop better quality product
15% - Demand Planning Management - Provide leadership to drive category decisions regarding line planning, materials planning, inventory planning and factory capacity planning during all phases of seasonal product creation and planning. - Recommend changes and resolve issues with category team on product life cycles, including drops, substitutions, EPR, and close out. - Lead the team to analyze and develop detailed monthly demand plan at category, style, and style/color level based upon category initiatives, market and consumer trends, customer data, historical analysis, and using advanced statistical modeling to establish category planning projections. - Determine the key assumptions and rationale for recommended demand plan and review with category team. Reconcile and resolve differences between category targets and style level forecasts. Produce demand planning reports to provide information for inventory plans, delivery plans, financial plans, etc. - Lead inventory management meeting at Sales & Ops meeting with Finance, DP, Ops, & Sales to keep right level of inventory.
15% - Coaching & Counseling/HRP - Select, hire and train personnel to build the Supply Chain Division. - Ensure that the right people are in the right jobs. - Outline roles, responsibilities and accountabilities for Supply Chain Division members. - Develop and evaluate employee performance through Coaching for Excellence. - Evolve organizational structure for maximum output and collaborate with other leaders to ensure people are in the appropriate positions to maximize strengths and contributions to the business. - Lead and coach the team to perform at their highest level. - Provide direction, vision and motivation to the group. - Actively participate in developmental activities for individuals and teams including CFE, HRP and mentoring.
15% - Project Management: - MIS development such as IPOS and nike.net - Lead the process for defining, evaluating and selecting the best logistics service provider to support the business. Develop agreements/contracts for same. - Oversee the management of capital projects. - Facilitate the execution of project plans, guide the process of establishing priorities and meeting quality objectives for deliverables; assess and resolves problems. - Manage various projects as assigned.
10% - Financial and Resource Management: - Develop, implement and monitor operating and capital budgets. - Evaluate and assign necessary resource allocations to maximize profits and ensure sales, service, quality and operational goals are achieved. - Prepare, analyze and interpret monthly and year-to-date financial and operating reports. - Define operating procedures and costing models to determine appropriate resource allocations. - Develop and implement shared service agreement with NSK shared service team |
