Chapter 14

14:32 They went to a place called Gethsemane, 그들은 겟세마네라고 불리어지는 한 장소로 갔다.

and Jesus said to his disciples, "Sit here while I pray."

그리고 예수께서 그의 제자들에게 말씀하시기를 "내가 기도할 동안 여기에 앉아있으라."

14:33 He took Peter, James and John along with him,

그는 그와 함께 베드로와 야고보와 요한을 데리고 가셔서

and he began to be deeply distressed and troubled. 그는 매우 깊이 괴로워하고 걱정하기 시작했다.

14:34 "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death," he said to them.

"내 영혼이 죽음에 이를 정도로 슬픔에 잠겨 있다."고 그가 그들에게 말씀하셨다.

 "Stay here and keep watch."  "여기서 머물러서 깨어있으라."

14:35 Going a little farther, 조금더 나아가셔서

he fell to the ground and prayed 그는 땅에 엎드려 기도했다.

that if possible the hour might pass from him. 만일 가능하다면 그 시간이 그로부터 지나가기를

해석 - 조금 더 나아가셔셔 그는 땅에 엎드려 만일 가능하시다면 그 시간이 그에게서 지나가기를 기도했다.

14:36 "Abba, Father," he said, "아빠, 아버지" 그가 말씀하셨다. 

"everything is possible for you. 모든 것이 당신에게는 가능합니다. 

Take this cup from me. 나로부터 이 컵을 취하소서.

Yet not what I will, but what you will." 그러나 내 뜻 대로 마시고 당신이 뜻하시는 대로 되게 하소서. 

14:37 Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. 

그때 그가 그의 제자들에게 돌아오셔서 그들이 자고 있는 것을 발견하셨다.

"Simon," he said to Peter, "are you asleep?

"시몬아" 그가 베드로에게 말씀하셨다. "네가 자고 있느냐?" 

Could you not keep watch for one hour? 한시간 동안이라도 너는 깨어있을 수 없느냐?

14:38 Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. 

네가 시험에 빠지지 않도록 깨어서 기도하라.

The spirit is willing, but the body is weak." 그 영(마음)은 원하지만 육신이 약하구나.

14:39 Once more he went away and prayed the same thing.

다시 한번 그가 가서 동일한 것을 기도하셨다.

14:40 When he came back, 그가 돌아오셨을 때

he again found them sleeping, 그는 다시 잠자고 있는 그들을 발견하셨다.

because their eyes were heavy. 왜냐하면 그들의 눈이 무거웠기 때문이다. 

They did not know what to say to him. 그들은 그에게 무엇을 말할지 알지 못했다.

14:41 Returning the third time, he said to them, 세번째 돌아오셔서 그가 그들에게 말씀하셨다.

 "Are you still sleeping and resting? 너희가 여전히 자며 쉬고 있느냐?

 Enough! The hour has come. 충분하다. 그 때가 왔다.

Look, the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.

보라.인자가 죄인들의 손에 팔린다.(배반 당한다.)

14:42 Rise! Let us go! Here comes my betrayer!"

일어나라. 함께 가자! 여기 나를 팔자(나의 배반자)가 온다.
