첫댓글 6전자, 6양자. 절연체, 반도체, 도체 전도밴드와 원자가 밴드. 안티몬은 5가의 재료입니다. 붕소는 3가의 재료입니다. 둘다 도핑에 사용되죠. 포텐셜장벽은 과도전류와 온도상승에 의해 낮아지게 됩니다..... 반도체에 대한 내용이군요. 제 전공에 관련된건데 영 해석이;;
