International Applicant 국제학생 지원서

• Eight (8) recent passport-sized photographs (Student) (with light blue background) 사진 8매(학생)

• A copy of student’s birth certificate / Family Certificate (English Version) / Notarial Certificate  출생증명서

• A copy of student’s passport / Notarial Certificate 학생 여권사본

• Four (4) recent passport-sized photographs (Both Parents’) (with light blue background) 사진 4매(학부모)

• A copy of parents’ passports or ICs / Notarial Certificate  학부모 여권사본

• Parent’s marriage certificate (English Version) / Notarial Certificate 학부모 결혼 증명서

• A copy of parents’ visas (if relevant) 학부모 비자

• A copy of parent’s work permits (if relevant) 학부모 워크퍼밋

• A copy of parent’s confirmation of employment letter  학부모 재직 증명서

• A copy of previous school report & A copy of school leaving certificate 이전 학교의 성적표와 전학증명서

• Student’s medical certificates / immunization record 건강증명서
