Job Profile and Description The Sales and Accounts Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing sales and accounts/bookkeeping support to the KKDC sales and technical team. This includes; assisting with a range of accounts support systems and processes such as balancing accounts, processing sales invoices, receipts and payments, performing administrative tasks to provide efficient support and information to distributors and customers (local and international). This role is expected to assist with the resolution of enquires from prospective and current customers, ensuring customer satisfaction. To interact with sales and product development to assist with the development of collateral and other communications, ensuring they reflect the brand of the company accurately.
Duties and Responsibilities The Sales & Account Coordinator’s key responsibilities are as follows: Sales Support
· Management of online & off line enquiries , this includes an initial response, identifying the key contact person for KKDC, monitoring and tracking progress. · Coordination of responses to requests for quotes (RFQs) to meet the customer service timeframes of KKDC. · Maintenance and continuous improvement of an order database for tracking and monitoring of orders and lead times for new and existing orders, customised products and samples · Maintain and improve the process for succinct, two-way communication with Korea to deal with technical enquiries, quotes and orders originating from KKDC · In conjunction with the Director KKDC establish standard processes and procedures to support the sales requirements of KKDC Provide assistance with the preparation of sales reports and presentations
Accounts/Bookkeeping Support
· Development, implementation and maintenance of a payment database for tracking and monitoring payment for UK originated orders · Complete and submit tax forms and returns, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms, and other government documents. · Prepare purchase orders and expense reports. · Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. · Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data in order to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers. · Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements according to established procedures. · Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses. · Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence. · Reconcile records of bank transactions. · Prepare trial balances of books.
Skills and Specifications · Trustworthy, reliable and highly motivated · Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines · Able to demonstrate strong commercial, analytical and accounting skills · Adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email. · Able to demonstrate success managing tasks to completion · Experience with management of customer service of international sales accounts · Exhibit the ability to pay attention to detail · Able to write business letters, quotations and proposals. · Must be an excellent communicator via telephone and written media. · Demonstrated aptitude for receiving technical briefs and detailing for interdepartmental processing both in English and Korean · Self-driven, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and process improvement. · Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view. · Able to get on with others and be a team-player. · Fluent in English and Korean language skills (written and verbal)
Education and Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in business, sales & marketing or accounting & finance field desired · At least 2 years work experience in sales/marketing/accounting/IT background preferred · Valid work visa for the UK | ||||||||
