Nikkei Internment memorial Centre, New Denver

Nikkei Internment Memorial Centre, New DenverThe Nikkei Internment Memorial Centre는 제2차 세계대전 기간 동안 캐나다 정부에 의하여 강제로 억류지로 보내진 일본계 캐나다인들을 기리기 위한 박물관이자 자료관이다. BC주 내륙의 New Denver에 있는 이곳은 5동의 건물로 구성되어 있는 데, 그중 3동은 당시 억류된 사람들이 살았던 그대로 보존되어 있다. 난로와 가구등 억류자들이 사용했던 생활도구들이 그대로 보존되어 있고, 억류자의 개인 소품들도 소장되어 있다. University of British Columbia에 있는 Nitobe Memorial Garden의 관리자를 역임했던 Roy Sumi가 설계한 일본식 정원도 Centre 안에 있다. 이곳은 2007년에 캐나다 국가 유적지로 지정되었다. <iframe width="640" height="360" id="v88d2ukwuv0upLpP0ZwtvtZ" src="https://kakaotv.daum.net/embed/player/cliplink/v88d2ukwuv0upLpP0ZwtvtZ@my?service=daum_cafe&ptoken=eyJhbGciOiJIUzUxMiIsInR5cCI6IkpXVCJ9.eyJpZCI6InY4OGQydWt3dXYwdXBMcFAwWnd0dnRaIiwidGlkIjoiYmExMjQxNjYtM2Q5My00MWI2LWIwY2QtZDk2MzkxZTA2MDYyIiwiYXBwX2lkIjoiZGF1bV9jYWZlIiwiZXhwIjoxNzkxNTU3MzA5fQ.NmrKV9HhadfctoAKvdnE8-QKppO3X_UXB0A1YMUB3aOZORUjBzyuASfCFQ7efRNrGGdR9lcQPRqV3Edq96u3WA&autoplay=0" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" allowfullscreen=""></iframe> <iframe width="640" height="360" id="v6b25Nvv6QvMBsaMQcWJqqH" src="https://kakaotv.daum.net/embed/player/cliplink/v6b25Nvv6QvMBsaMQcWJqqH@my?service=daum_cafe&ptoken=eyJhbGciOiJIUzUxMiIsInR5cCI6IkpXVCJ9.eyJpZCI6InY2YjI1TnZ2NlF2TUJzYU1RY1dKcXFIIiwidGlkIjoiZTA4N2Q1OTEtMjc1NC00YzQ0LWFlMDUtOGNhZDAxNzQ0YjRiIiwiYXBwX2lkIjoiZGF1bV9jYWZlIiwiZXhwIjoxNzkxNTU3MzA5fQ.pCcswSLoCsEUFDirv9Y1GqVaYuFuQPt2qqEnsj1vbW1p-Vdyri_9a__1YsEo8bW5wY91hyZqrqqxETFoH6m6Wg&autoplay=0" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" allowfullscreen=""></iframe> <iframe width="640" height="360" id="ve6ef1sHGlHHBr2lGg13nOG" src="https://kakaotv.daum.net/embed/player/cliplink/ve6ef1sHGlHHBr2lGg13nOG@my?service=daum_cafe&ptoken=eyJhbGciOiJIUzUxMiIsInR5cCI6IkpXVCJ9.eyJpZCI6InZlNmVmMXNIR2xISEJyMmxHZzEzbk9HIiwidGlkIjoiNTM5MDEwOTUtNWE0Ny00OTI1LTlmYWItNGFkMDhjY2FlYjM0IiwiYXBwX2lkIjoiZGF1bV9jYWZlIiwiZXhwIjoxNzkxNTU3MzA5fQ.5n6k79oAiUrOZNQllgSYiuT-1hhKz0kk_7-Zdr_smn0HY-U0Qul_f9_LHFr6Y53mnjmxXT4bqhAiO1vdPf5eNA&autoplay=0" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" allowfullscreen=""></iframe> <img width="1024" class="txc-image" id="A_997B7A3359CC973C2D59E5" style="width: 1032px;
