고린도후서 5:13-15 우리가 만일 미쳤어도 하나님을 위한 것이요 만일 정신이 온전하여도 너희를 위한 것이니 그리스도의 사랑이 우리를 강권하시는도다 우리가 생각건대 한 사람이 모든 사람을 대신하여 죽었은즉 모든 사람이 죽은 것이라 저가 모든 사람을 대신하여 죽으심은 산 자들로 하여금 다시는 저희 자신을 위하여 살지 않고 오직 저희를 대신하여 죽었다가 다시 사신 자를 위하여 살게 하려 함이니라

우리의 삶은 그리스도께 온전히 몰입되어야 합니다. 먹든지 마시든지 무엇을 하든지 그리스도의 말씀을 따라야 합니다. 육신의 생각과 사탄의 유혹은 우리의 믿음을 무너뜨리려 합니다. 이를 이기는 길은 항상 주님의 말씀에 순종하며, 불순종한 것이 있을 때마다 회개하는 것입니다.

한 사람이 모든 사람을 대신하여 죽으셨다는 것은 예수 그리스도께서 모든 사람의 죄를 대신하여 죽으셨다는 뜻입니다. 예수님을 믿고 회개하는 자는 죄와 사망에서 벗어나 그 영혼이 살아난 것입니다. 생명의 주인이신 주님과 관계가 끊어진 것이 죽음이며, 주님과의 관계가 다시 이어질 때 죽었던 영혼이 다시 살아나는 것입니다.

생명의 원천이신 주님께 돌아올 때 생명력이 회복됩니다.

물 밖으로 나온 물고기가 살 수 없듯이, 인간도 생명의 근원이신 주님을 떠나서는 살 수 없습니다. 만유를 창조하시고 만유를 다스리시며 만유 가운데 계시는 예수님께 돌아오는 자가 사는 것입니다. 불순종으로 인해 주님을 떠나 죽었던 영혼들은 자신의 죄를 회개하고 주님의 말씀으로 돌아와야 살아납니다.

주님께 돌아온 자들은 다시 세상을 따르지 말고 주님의 말씀을 따라야 합니다. 미움과 시기와 탐심을 버리고, 남을 용서하며 서로 사랑하기를 힘써야 합니다. 이러한 삶이 살아 있는 믿음입니다. 성경 지식만 가지고 있으면서 남을 용서하고 사랑하는 것을 실천하지 못하는 교인들은 죽은 믿음을 가진 것이며, 여전히 사탄의 권세 아래 있는 것입니다.

주님께서 자신의 생명을 내어주시면서까지 우리를 구원하신 목적이 있습니다. 그것은 하나님의 나라와 의를 이루기 위함입니다. 주님의 나라는 모든 영광을 하나님께 돌리는 곳입니다. 모두가 주님의 은혜에 감사하며 서로 사랑하고, 행복과 기쁨을 영원히 누리는 곳입니다.

겉으로는 거룩하게 보이지만 속으로는 남을 미워하고, 욕심을 부리며, 교만하게 살아가는 교인들은 아직 주님 밖에서 신앙생활을 하고 있는 것입니다. 참으로 주님께 돌아온 자는 자신의 죄를 회개하고 주님의 말씀에 순종하며, 용서하고 사랑하는 삶을 살아야 합니다.

2 Corinthians 5:13-15

If we are out of our minds, it is for God; if we are sane, it is for you. For the love of Christ compels us, because we believe that one man died for all, and therefore all have died. He died for all so that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died and rose again for them.

Our lives must be completely immersed in Christ. Whether we eat or drink or do anything else, we must follow the word of Christ. The thoughts of the flesh and the temptations of Satan seek to destroy our faith. The way to overcome this is to always obey the Lord's word and to repent whenever there is any disobedience.

The statement that one man died for all means that Jesus Christ died on behalf of the sins of all people. Those who believe in Jesus and repent are freed from sin and death, and their souls are revived. Death is the severance of the relationship with the Lord, the Master of life, and when that relationship with the Lord is restored, the dead soul comes back to life.

**2 Corinthians 5:13-15** Life force is restored when we return to the Lord, the source of life.

Just as a fish cannot survive out of water, humans cannot live apart from the Lord, the source of life. Those who return to Jesus, who created all things, rules over all things, and dwells in all things, are the ones who live. Souls that have died by leaving the Lord due to disobedience must repent of their sins and return to the Lord's word to be revived.

Those who have returned to the Lord must no longer follow the world but must follow His word. They must cast aside hatred, envy, and greed, and strive to forgive others and love one another. This kind of life is living faith. Church members who possess only biblical knowledge but fail to practice forgiving and loving others have dead faith and remain under the power of Satan.

There is a purpose for which the Lord saved us, even to the point of giving His own life. It is to establish the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. The Kingdom of the Lord is a place where all glory is given to God. It is a place where everyone gives thanks for the Lord's grace, loves one another, and enjoys happiness and joy forever.

**Vitality is restored when we return to the Lord, the source of life.** Church members who appear holy on the outside but hate others, are greedy, and live arrogantly on the inside are still living their faith outside the Lord. Those who have truly returned to the Lord must repent of their sins, obey the Lord's word, and live a life of forgiveness and love.
