The 2nd Principles : Trust(Shin)... Faith... The 55th Deed.
第66事 The 2nd Section : Promise(約,약) ... Keeping promises... 66th Deed.
第69事 Part 12 : Reconnecting / Mending the Broken(續斷,속단)... Rejoining what is about to break... 69th Deed.
"Reconnecting (續斷,속단) means binding back together a promise that is on the verge of breaking.
When a rifhteous and grand promise is being fulfilled, if aa crafty or deceitful person interferes and plays tricks, people lean toward bias and harbor doubts, causing the promise to eventually fall apart.
A wise sage dissolves these doubts through sincerity and trust, clarifies everything ewplicitly, and seamlessly restires the promise to its original state."
[Original Text,
Reconnecting is the act of mending a promise that iss about to break.
As a great and righteous promise comess to fruition, a deceitful person obstructs and trifles with it,
Causing one party to lean toward bias and harbor suspicion, which brings the promise to the brink of rupture.
However, a wise sage dispels doubts through sincerity and truth, seamlessly restoring everything back to the beginning.
[ Philosophical Commentary,
Doubt is the enemy of trust.
Although doubt stems from trivial matters, it ultimately leads the greatest things to total ruin.
Therefore, preventing problems from arising in those small, trivial matters can only be achieved through utmost sincerity and unwavering faith.
