Who can hold the initiative?

[여러분, 앞으로는 자신이 좋아하는 것을 하면서 사람을 잘 모으는 사람들이 주도권을 쥐는 시대가 될 것입니다. 그러므로 자기가 좋아하는 것을 잘해서 홍보하고 사람을 모아 주도권을 쥐고 살아가세요]

어휘와 문법
여러분 everyone, 앞으로는 from now on, 자신 self, 좋아하다 like, 것 thing, A~면서 B doing A while doing B(two things are going simultaneously), 사람 person, 잘 well, 모으다 gather, 주도권 initiative, 쥐다 hold(=잡다), 시대 era, ~가 되다 become ~, 그러므로 therefore, 홍보하다 promote, 살다 live, 살아가다 make a living(progress), 세요=시어요(respect ending word of order)

so it means [Everyone, From now on, people who are good at gathering people while doing what they like will take the lead(initiative), so, please do your best at what you like, and promote it, gather people, and live with taking the initiative. ]
