같이 살게되면 공간분리 할 예정이라고 합니다!

친구는 비건이라 흡연, 술 , 파티 전부 다 안하고 정말 깔끔하고 순한 친구예요, 같이 지내면서 부딪힐 일은 전혀 없을 거라 장담합니다! 편하게 얘기 나눠보세요 😁

Shared studio for vegan - $1300/month

Location:📍West End (Vancouver downtown)

Damage deposit: $650

Utilities: Internet and water heating included

Laundry: in the building 

Rental term: 1 year (signed with the landlord)

I’m vegan, 32 and developing means to live 828 years and beyond, incorporated and working on build-up of two apps, besides, registered with the province of British Columbia and licensed with City of Vancouver vegan business consultant offering share of my know-how to businesses in Vancouver downtown

For me clean, free from cruelty to animals, including oneself home environment is of a high priority

Therefore, I’m looking to share this studio with someone who keeps spaces clean, doesn’t self-intoxicate, nor eats or owns animals and is an easy person to be around 

In other words shares, supports and develops similar values to those of my own, including or relevant to: longevity, web development, delivery logistics, multi-linguistics (priority to someone who is fluent in Korean, Spanish or Chinese as I’m currently learning the languages)

The space is to be divided into two separate areas based on discussed during our meeting preference
