Year 1 Rock Finding Adventure!

Our Year 1 learners had an exciting and enriching time during their Rock Finding Activity as part of their Science learning!

Young explorers ventured around the school grounds in search of different types of rocks. Along the way, they carefully observed the size, shape, colour, and texture of each rock, using their senses to investigate and compare their findings.

This hands-on experience sparked their natural curiosity and encouraged them to ask thoughtful questions about how rocks are formed and where they come from.

It was truly heartwarming to see their enthusiasm as they proudly shared their discoveries with friends. Learning comes alive when curiosity leads the way!
