: I was supposed to find cons's opinion. They suggest a lot of reasons for that.

: First, They insist that if korea desinate English as an korean official language, it might cause another division of Korea followed by geographical division. Here is one example good to examplify. It is estimated that roughly 20% of Philippinos are habitual users of English so they can break the ties of national identity.

: Second, opponent party's catchphrase is this- language is life itself to every ethnic group.-

: so they insist that without own language, the essence of a nation must perish because they can't make their own colorful culture. they also suggested two nations.

: Manchurian's legacy disappeared today in China because ethnicity Han demolished Manchurian language. and then, let's think about Tibetan autonomous region. They could keep their own language so didn't assimilate into dominant Han group.

: Thrid, They argue that nobody knows English can remain as an global language forever or not. They say it is true America's economy is dominant in the world, but economica aspect cannnot move the world. as though Roman empire or Mongolian empire was really powerful and wealthy, they disappeared into darkness of history.
