<P class=first><B>Carlisle United have extended the loan deal of Sunderland left-back Michael Liddle until 14 February.</B>
<P>The 19-year-old has made nine starts for the Cumbrians since joining from the Black Cats in mid-November.
<P>"Michael has settled really well with us and we're delighted that we've been able to extend his loan spell," Blues boss Greg Abbott told the club website.
