Do you know Aroma? Recently Aroma come into the spotlight very much. Because Aroma is a very good remedy. So, I want introduce some Aromas to you.
Please concentrate on me. And I want this speech is very useful to you.
First, what is the meaning of Aroma? To put it simply, it means, perfume of happiness. It is made of purity plant oil that is drawn from flower or tree.
Nowadays, many people use Aroma to remedy their disease. A medical treatment using Aroma is well-developed in our society. It is called Aroma therapy.
Then, from now on let's look into check the kinds of Aroma and I'll let you know how they can be used for us.
*When you feel loneliness, try to use Rose Turkisch(로즈 터키쉬), Marjoram(마조람), Jasmin(쟈스민). Especially Rose Turkisch(로즈 터키쉬) is very good when you've fought with your spouse.
*And when you are absorbed in sadness, Marjoram(마조람) is good for you.
*When you get shocked, Lemon grass(레몬 그래스) and Pain nidle(파인니들) are good.
*If you are keen, at that time try to use Clary sage(클라리 세이지).
*Sometimes you want to think out something. At that time, Palmarosa(팔마로사) will help you to map out some idea.
*When You want a meditation, try to use Lavender(라벤더), Patchouli(파츌리), Cedarwood(산델우드)
*And if your spirit becomes tired, try to use Basil(바질).
*And when you feel jealousy or doubt, at that time try to use Rose(로즈). It is good for you.
*When you can't solve some troubles, Cyperess(사이프레스) and Ylangylang(일랑일랑) are very good for you.
*And sometimes you study hard. right?? When you go to bed after you've studied hard, Lavender(라벤더), Rose geranium(로즈제라늄) and Ylangylang(일랑일랑) are helpful to you.
*When you feel fear, Clary sage(클라리 세이지) helps you to recover peaceful.
*Then, do you think that your emotion is dried up? If it is right, you need to use Pain nidle(파인니들). It may help you to recover your emotion. Next, when you feel spiritless, Mirra(미르) & Jasmin(쟈스민) are good for you.
*And when you want your mind to become calm, try to use Orange(오렌지)
*Then, In your thought, if your mind becomes weak, then try to use Rosemary(로즈마리).
*Last when you are very upset because of something, Lavender(라벤더) & Nenolly(레놀리) are good for you.
Then how shall we use Aroma? There are many ways, 5ways.
First way is indraft way(흡입법). Second way is bathing way(목욕법). Third way is direct use way(직접사용법). Forth way is fomentation way(찜질법). And last way is internal use way(복용법).
The most easy and simple way is indraft way. So I'll explain about indraft way.
There are many uses in the indraft way. One way of them is fabric way(건식흡입법). How can we use this way? I'll explain about it. Smear one or two drops the Aroma oil on a handkerchief or gauze. And then put it on the part below (under) of your nose then breathe its perfume in. When you can't sleep temporarily or you have a headache, put it in your pillow. It is very useful for you.
Next way is steam way(증기흡입법). Throw down about five drops of the essential oil at warm water. And breathe in their steam. It is good for your skin as well as mental health. But you must remember this, you must close your eyes when you breathe in steam.
Last way is lamp way(램프법). Its way becomes different according to the appearance of lamp.
In a gourd bottle case put the essential oil inside of the gourd bottle and then turn on the lamp. Then, the perfume will come out of the lamp. Because of feature of lamp made by earthen vessel.
And when you use a candle lamp cases, fill water at the dish, and then turn on the candle and throw down about one or two drops of the essential oil. At that time, if you use two or three kinds of mixed oil, you can obtain the synergy effect.
Lamp way is more effective when you use in a small space.
But, be careful. When you use Aroma, there are some attention items. When you varnish the oil directly on your skin. It can cause a side effect. So you must use the oil, after diluting it.
If you use essential oil at first, you must undergo a patch test even though you use oil as a perfume.
But the most important thing is that you choose Aroma which fits for you most because each person has different physical constitutions and symptoms.
For example, Rosemary is good to concentrate on mind and improve your memory ability. But sometimes it can be a poison to whom have high blood pressure. And Aroma's amount is also important. Please be careful. Using a lot of Aromas is not always good for you. Then please use the proper amount of Aroma.
