My Daily Habits and Challenges

As a creature of habit, I have both positive and negative routines. First, I make a deliberate effort to plan my day every morning. This is essential for me to manage my time successfully and stay alert in class. This habit gives me the ability to handle schoolwork without stress.
However, I also have a bad habit of using my smartphone late at night. Like many people who are too reliant on digital devices, I often scroll through social media without realizing it. This is not a meaningful way to spend time, and I often struggle with fatigue the next day. I understand that changing a habit is a difficult process, but I will continue to put in consistent effort to improve myself.
