Term: one year, wifi, heating and BC Hydro included, single bed (single size mattress and bed frame) can be purchased from current roommate for $70, laundry is in the building at $5 per washing and $5 per drying, rental agreement is signed directly with the landlord

About me (your roommate):
I’m vegan since 1st of September 2019, chose the lifestyle for the reason to live 828 years and beyond, self-employed at ISKOVYCH.COM - collaborating with businesses offering vegan products and services availability in Vancouver Downtown, volunteering for my own corporation developing access to vegan products and services in the walkable to areas and partake in international gaming environment generating/processing/harvesting data for space exploration

Depending on season, I happen to work half a day home half a day out with physically present downtown locations, and sometimes work more from home, especially with businesses offering delivery, on the days when meeting requires my physical presence I’m outside - that being said I currently choose to wake up around 10am and go to bed around 2am with 7 days work/volunteering week being a norm as for now

I’m very calm, respect myself and by such extension treat the roommate accordingly, most of the time focused on my businesses, yet open to good chats

Who would this accommodation work for:
My current roommate is Korean, calm, respectful and doesn’t self-identify as vegan, as I’m learning the languages, I am prioritizing someone who is vegan, calm, respectful and fluently speaks Korean, Chinese, Italian, French, or Spanish (yet not a must, just nice to get along with someone who speaks languages I started learning) as my next roommate

While current roommate isn’t vegan we were successful at reaching agreement on his move-in this summer and up until his move out on December 31st or March 31st, that if he doesn’t bring in any animal products home we split grocery bill together and I agree to shop for groceries, cook, wash dishes, and take care of the recycling, which you would get a chance to ask his personal experience once met with about

With you I am looking to split grocery bills for the cleaning supplies and products that are eaten in common, last and can be purchased in bulk (rice, potato, onions, etc.), while cook separately, occasionally sharing dishes or as agreed (I love cooking so open to variety of options)

This studio is quite spacious, home for two people and for the reason well loved, meaning we typically keep it clean and organized every time dishes, washroom, shower are used and agree to general cleaning every two weeks

Move on option:
Life happens to offer great opportunities, for the reason while one year term lease is the agreement we are initially signing, I’m open to accommodate reasonable request to move on in our respective directions given that you:

- provide financial compensation (can be agreed to separately on specific case basis) for the remainder of the period

or

- allow reasonable time (~1-3 month notice, depends on situation) required for other person to take over your place in the agreement in that case without any additional financial repercussions
