• An apartment in a quiet residential area with few homeless people.

• Large supermarket and affordable greengrocer within walking distance.

Room: Double Bedroom with Balcony

• The room gets good sunlight, and the balcony allows for a pleasant morning (smoking is allowed on the balcony!).

• Guests are welcome, and there are no strict house rules, allowing for a free lifestyle.

• Cats and rabbits live in the apartment, making it ideal for animal lovers!

Cooking utensils, rice cooker, and refrigerator are in the room, so you can cook in your own space!

You can use the seasonings left in the room freely!

Rent: $950 for the first month! $1100 per month thereafter. Discounts available for long-term stays.

Deposit: $550 (refundable upon departure).

Three of us live here: myself, a Japanese man, and the owner. Both are very kind; the owner is a friendly Canadian who has lived in Japan! This size and price in downtown is rare!
