NEIGHBORHOOD & AMENITIES We live on Capital Hill - a very beautiful, safe, and leisurely neighborhood with amazing views of the City, mountains & ocean.  A 5 min walk takes you to Confederation Park & Eileen Daily Pool with a brand new library, pool, gym, track and other amazing amenities (see photos). <hr data-ke-style="style5">✅ 사진에서 보셨다시피 모던하고 깔끔한 인테리어 홈스테이에 대한 로망이 있으시다면 여기예요...! ✅ 캐나다에 온 만큼 현지 분위기를 내고 싶다 (영어하게 되는 환경 — 홈맘께서 찐 캐나다인이세요..! 영어 정말 빠르심! / 룸메들도 각기 캐나다/독일/자메이카(미국에서 지낸 걸로 앎) 출신이라 영어 진짜 잘해요 다들 갓 성인~20대 초반이라 더 ✌️요즘✌️ 대화 가능ㅎ ✅ 하우스 룰이랄 게 정말 없어요! 저는 둔한 편이지만 위생엔 예민한 편이었어서 여기 온 건데 위생 관련해서 불만은 한 번 생긴 적 없습니다! *단 홈맘께서 저녁~아침에 생활을 하셔서 새벽 소음이 있어요! 저는 이런 면에선 둔해서 그냥 잘 잤습니다! (잠귀 밝으시면 비추ㅜ) ✅기본 렌트비는 1200인데 식사 풀로 추가시 1450입니다! 개인 스낵 창고(?)도 있고 냉장고도 일부 쓸 수 있어서 식사플랜을 줄이셔서 흥정해보셔도 좋을 것 같아요! 식사 정말 잘 챙겨주시지만 (점심은 샌드위치 고정/가끔 파스타나 저녁에 먹고 남은 것 활용, 저녁은 때에 따라 다르고 파티도 해서 맛있는 편이지만 메뉴 자체도 어쩔 수 없이 서양식이에요 - 가끔 닭찜 같은 거 해주시는데 요건 꽤 한국맛...) 250달러의 가치인진 솔직히 모르겠어요ㅎ... 아 근데 디저트 맛집이라는 점... 디저트가 정말 맛있어서 저는 디저트 생각이 많이 날 것 같네요🥧🍰🍪🧁 ✨댓글 달아주시면 오픈카톡 링크 드릴게요! 궁금한 점 편하게 남겨주세요!
