I have various habits in my daily life. Among them, there are good habits that help me, as well as bad habits that I want to improve.
First, one of my good habits is making a plan before starting any task. When I study or have something to do, I organize what needs to be done and carry it out step by step. This helps me work in a systematic way, and I feel a sense of achievement whenever I complete each goal, which makes me more focused.
Also, I have a habit of checking the news or daily issues every day. This habit started from simple curiosity, but it allows me to understand how the world works and think about various social issues. I believe this habit helps broaden my perspective.
In addition, I rarely lose my belongings. Before leaving a place, I always check my surroundings again to make sure I have not left anything behind, and I try to take good care of my things. Because of this habit, I almost never lose anything, and I think it has made me more responsible.
However, I also have some bad habits that I want to fix. First, I tend to go to bed late. I concentrate better at night, so I usually study or work until around 2 or 3 a.m. As a result, it is very difficult for me to wake up early in the morning, and this sometimes disrupts my daily routine.
Another bad habit is that I worry easily, even about small things. Before doing something, I often think, “Will this be okay?” or “What if something goes wrong?” and spend a lot of time worrying. However, after everything is done, I usually realize that it was not a big deal, so I feel that this worry is unnecessary.
Lastly, I have a habit of biting my nails when I feel anxious or nervous. This habit damages my nails and the skin around them, and sometimes it even causes bleeding. Since it is not good for my health, I think it is a habit I must fix.
In conclusion, my habits include both positive and negative aspects. I want to maintain my good habits and gradually improve my bad ones to build a better daily life.
