확실히 좋아지셨군요~체지방면에서 변화가 큰걸보면 복근이 조금 선명해지지 않으셨나요?ㅋㅋ팔둘레가 줄으신 이유도 체지방을 컷해서이구요^^열심히 운동 하셨네요^^하지만 몸무게에 비해 골격근량은 좀 딸리신듯..
복근이 나온것도 같고 아닌것도 같고 그렇네여 ^^
