Available: from April 1st
Location:📍West End (downtown), Vancouver
Price: $1250/month ($625 damage deposit)

Term:

- you agree to household/kitchen free from cruelty -🧑‍🍳: grains, nuts, vegetables, fruits, and other vegan products are welcome here

- you are friendly with good communication skills, approach life with curiosity and open to be my friend from day one

- your budget correponds to the offer and is sufficient to cover long-term (1 year+) living at the accommodation (move on option is available under reasonable circumstances)

- you are happy about the fact you will live in downtown, and celebrate this amazing opportunity with plans for self-developments

- rental agreement is signed directly with the landlord, you get to share this studio with me

What’s included:

- BC Hydro
- Internet
- kitchen appliances (vegan cooking)
- furniture (carefully selected wood, wheat, cotton, and recycled materials of no animal origin with high-performance to low-wearability ratio under reasonable use)
- storage & wardrobe
- washroom, shower and bathtub

Optional:

- you get to choose if we keep the space open - as is, or separate with divider for privacy which would additionally cost ~$50-100 - for convenience can be agreed upon prior to visit via video chat (I spoke with my current roommate who is from Korea, and okay with given design, to find out friends who saw the ad mentioned some people might like own privacy - thus, decided to include the option following feedback received)

- in-building laundry ($5 per wash)

- option to choose between single and queen size bed (single/queen size mattress and bed frame) can be purchased from current roommate for $70

- we can split some or all the groceries, which significantly brings down monthly cost of living

- I am vegan since September 1st, 2019 and naturalized Canadian citizen who dedicated slightly more than 21 years of self-development since initiation of the process to reach one of my goals (prefer quality over quantity - ideally both), I speak English, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, programming constructs and know a few basic phrases/words in Korean, Japanese, Spanish, html and css - would love to learn more - open to receive knowledge and share mine

(Canada is home to vegans with total population size of around 4%, which means given accomodation is not only unique for the reason of being offered by one of the vegans, it is also due to I am one of a very few known to me vegans who offer accomodation - this is an incredible opportunity)
