Public Accusation: Kaspersky’s Unjust Interference.
Since my third public inquiry,
the function of Writting the Korean Letter and Language Bar in custom-built Desktop II I rely on
has suddenly become inoperable.
1. Despite spending more than five hours troubleshooting immediately after my inquiry,
Desktop II still fails to operate normally.
2. After repeated checks,
I have concluded this disruption is the result of Kaspersky’s deliberate interference.
3. As a result,
I am forced to use my custom-built Desktop I to compose this message.
4. Kaspersky has refused to respond to legitimate inquiries and
continues technical actions that prevent the normal operation of Desktop II.
5. They readily accepted payment at the time of purchase, yet
6. subsequently evade all responsibility and fail to deliver the promised service.
This obstruction makes any rightful complaint impossible.
Therefore,
I am making this issue public online
to strongly urge Kaspersky to fulfill its customer-support and technical obligations.
