Subject: Urgent Clarification Required Regarding License Duration and
Device Activation
Dear Kaspersky Support Team,
I am writing as a committed end-user
to express my concern regarding a discrepancy in the license duration and activation status across my devices.
1. On August 19, 2026, I purchased the Standard plan for 3 devices, valid for one year.
2. After installation, the product shows an expiration date of May 3, 2026,
which is only 251 days from the date of purchase.
3. This is inconsistent with the expected 365-day coverage, and
when combined with the remaining days on my previous license,
the total should reflect 616 days of protection.
4. I use three devices:
• Desktop I
• Desktop II
• Mobile Phone
5. I purchased the Standard plan specifically to cover all three devices under one unified license.
6. Each device have a different number of remaining active days prior to this purchase.
Therefore, the system should calculate and display the correct cumulative activation period for each device individually:
• Current remaining days + 365 days from the new license
7. Unfortunately,
the current activation display does not reflect this logic, and
it appears your system may not be equipped to manage multi-device licenses
with varying expiration dates under a single user account.
8. If this issue cannot be resolved,
I will be forced to reconsider my subscription strategy—either by purchasing individual licenses per device or
by exploring alternative providers who offer more transparent and flexible license management.
I hope this feedback is received constructively.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and
look forward to a prompt and accurate resolution.
Thank you.
