In addition, almost urban areas already have full infrastructure projects.</p><p> </p><p>Secondly, if governments keep funding in city, they can’t focus in rural areas.</p><p>Therefore, the countryside will not develop, which makes subrubs improper land which people find to reside.</p><p> </p><p>Finally, if the underdeveloped area will improve like urban area, upgraded rural areas can adapt to society and achieve further development. And governments can funding in another areas.</p><p> </p><p>To summarize, the government should invest in rural areas for their better improvement and balance between countryside and cities.</p><p> </p>
