명수대교회 설립과 주일학생 지도

참아버님께서는 서울 흑석동 시절 초기에 일제강점기 재도권 교회의 독선적 교회 행정과 교리 중심의 신앙 행태에 반발하여 한국적 성령운동을 주도한 오순절교회에 인연되셨다. 그리고 서빙고 오순절교회를 다니시다가 1939년 가을 흑석동에 새예수교회를 세우는 데 주도적 역할을 하셨다. 평양에서 이 호빈, 박재봉 목사가 자주와서 부흥회와 사경회를 가졌을 때에는 거기에 동참하시고 그들과 깊은 교분을 가지셨다. 그리고 새예수교회 주일학생들을 각별한 애정으로 지도하셨으며, 방학 때 평양에 가면 교회 주일학교에서 말씀을 하셨다.

25 내가 학교를 다니면서 주일학교 학생들도 지도했습니다. 흑석동교회에서도 그랬고 서빙고교회에서도 그랬습니다. 그때는 밤에 추우니까 한강이 얼어서 얼음이 갈라지는 소리가 났습니다. 혼자 있으면 무섭습니다. 그런 한강을 건너다니면서 서빙고교회의 주일학교 학생들을 가르쳤습니다. 내가 주일학교 학생들을 재미있게 가르쳤습니다. 눈물을 흘리면서 이야기했습니다. 한번 그렇게 울면서 이야기해 주게 되면 학생들이 그만해 달라고 해야 될 텐데 따라다니면서 또 해 달라고 하는 것입니다.

26 서울 흑석동에 명수대 새예수교회를 내가 세 친구들과 힘을 합해서 만들었습니다. 내가 학비를 털어서 투자했습니다. 지금도 교회 흔적은 다 남아 있습니다. 그리고 서빙고를 중심삼고 새로운 교회가 시작되기 전에 많은 사람들을 연결시키기 위해서 전도하러 다니던 생각이 납니다. 겨울이면 한강물이 꽝꽝 얼어서 얼음판이 터지는 소리가 아주 무서울 정도였습니다. 한이 많은 역사시대에 추억도 많습니다.

27 나는 어린아이들에게도 경배한 사람입니다. 세 살 난 아이를 하늘의 왕자같이 정성껏 모셨습니다. 나는 공증할 수 있는 안팎의 모든 역사적 승리의 터전을 닦아서 얘기하는 것입니다. 어린아이로부터 승리했습니다. 이것을 3대 이상 할 수 있어야 됩니다. 그런 전통을 가져야 됩니다. 어린아이들을 나 자신의 소망의 상대로 여기고 유년 주일학교 학생들을 지도하던 명 지도 요원이었습니다. 그들을 누구보다 사랑했습니다. 그 아이들이 학교에도 안 가고 내 뒤를 따라다니려고 했습니다. 가인을 사랑하는 역사를 개척하는 것이 나의 사명이기 때문입니다.

28 이호빈, 박재봉, 한준명 목사가 새예수교회의 주류 책임자였습니다. 그렇기 때문에 그들이 세운 평양의 새예수교회에 수천 명의 학생이 있었습니다. 그 교회가 이름이 났고 교회당도 굉장히 잘 지었습니다. 내가 교회에 들르게 될 때면 언제든지 학생회를 책임지고 지도하게 되었습니다. 주일학교 학생들을 지도하는 것으로 유명했습니다. 그러니까 교회 목사들을 잘 알고, 젊은 청소년을 중심삼고 유명해지니까 누구든지 자기들 집에 나를 초대하려고 했습니다.

29 내가 평양 새예수교회의 이호빈, 한준명, 박재봉 목사의 비밀 내용을 누구보다도 잘 압니다. 그들에게 당신이 이런 소명적 책임을 중심삼고 이렇게 사는 것을 아느냐고 물어볼 때 답변을 못했습니다. 그런 행동을 하면 안 된다고 충고했습니다. 그러니 나를 제일 두려워했습니다. 신구약성서의 비밀을 다 알고 있었습니다. 내가 고등학교 학생으로 거기에 들르게 되면 자기의 수천 명 되는 주일학교 학생들이 나한테 얘기해 달라고 할 만큼 유명한 학생 지도자였습니다. 아이들이 홀딱 반해서 내가 떠나면 정거장에 사람이 너무 많이 모이기 때문에 목사들도 다 돌아서서 방어선을 쳐서 나를 보호하고 그랬습니다. 그렇기 때문에 그 세 목사는 언제든지 내 말을 듣는 것입니다.

明水台（ミョンスデ）教会設立と教会学校の生徒指導

真のお父様は、ソウルの黒石洞時代の初期、日本統治体制の影響下にあった教会の独善的教会行政と教理中心の信仰形態に異を唱え、韓国的聖霊運動を主導したペンテコステ教会と交流をもたれた。そして、西氷庫（ソビンゴ）ペンテコステ教会に通われ、一九三九年の秋、黒石洞に新イエス教会を建てるに当たって、主導的な役割を果たされた。平壌から李浩彬、朴在奉（パクチェボン）牧師が頻繁に訪ねてきて、復興会と聖書写経会を行ったときには、そこに同参され、彼らと深い交流をもたれた。そして、新イエス教会の教会学校の生徒たちを格別な愛情で指導され、長期の休みの際に平壌に行けば、教会学校で説教をされた。
 
 25 私は、学校に通いながら教会学校の学生たちも指導しました。黒石洞教会でも、西氷庫教会でも、そのようにしました。当時は、夜になると寒いので、漢江（ハンガン）が凍り、氷の割れる音がしました。一人でいると恐ろしいのです。そのような漢江を渡りながら、西氷庫教会の教会学校の学生たちを指導しました。私は、教会学校の学生たちを上手に指導したのです。涙を流しながら話をしました。
 
一度そのように泣きながら話をしてあげれば、学生たちがもう十分だと言うはずなのに、追いかけてきて「また話してほしい」と言うのです。
 
 26 私は、三人の友達と力を合わせて、ソウルの黒石洞に明水台新イエス教会を造りました。私が学費をはたいて投資したのです。今も教会の跡は、すべて残っています。そして、新しい教会が始まる前、多くの人々をそこに連結させるために、西氷庫を中心として伝道したことが思い出されます。冬になると漢江がかちかちに凍り、水面の氷が割れて、とても恐ろしい音がしました。恨の多い歴史時代でしたが、思い出もたくさんあります。
 
 27 私は、幼い子供にも敬拝した人です。三歳の子供を天の王子のように思い、精誠の限りを尽くして侍りました。私は、公証できる内外のあらゆる歴史的勝利の基台を築いて話すのです。幼い子供から勝利してきました。これを三代以上できなければなりません。そのような伝統をもたなければならないのです。幼い子供たちを私自身の希望の相対とみなし、教会学校の学生たちを指導した名指導員です。彼らを誰よりも愛しました。その子供たちが、学校にも行かずに、私のあとを付いて回ろうとしたのです。カインを愛する歴史を開拓することが私の使命だからです。
 
 28 李浩彬牧師、朴在奉牧師、韓俊明（ハンヂュンミョン）牧師が新イエス教会の主な責任者でした。それで、彼らが建てた平壌の新イエス教会には、数千人の学生がいました。その教会は名が知れ渡っており、教会堂も非常に立派に建てられていました。
 
私が教会に寄るときは、いつも学生会に責任をもち、指導しました。それで教会学校の学生たちを指導することで私は有名になりました。ですから、教会の牧師たちをよく知っていて、また青少年を中心に有名になったので、誰もが自分の家に私を招待しようとしました。
 
 29 私は、平壌にある新イエス教会の李浩彬牧飾、韓俊明（ハンヂュンミョン）牧師、朴在奉牧師に対する秘密の内容を、誰よりもよく知っています。
 
彼らに、「あなたはこのような召命的責任を中心として、このように生きることを分かっているのですか」と尋ねると、答えられなかったのです。「そのような行動をしてはいけない」と忠告しました。ですから、私のことを最も恐れたのです。旧約・新約聖書の秘密をすべて知っていました。
 
学生だった私がそこに立ち寄れば、数千人の教会学枚の学生たちが、「話をしてほしい」と私のところに来るほど、有名な学生指導者でした。子供たちがすっかり夢中になり、私が帰るときは、停留場にあまりにも多くの人が集まるので、牧師たちがみな、防御線を張って私を保護しました。ですから、その三人の牧師は、いつでも私の言うことを聞くのです。

The Myeongsudae church

During the time True Father was living in Heukseok-dong, Seoul, he stood against the self-righteous churches that were administered under the system of Japanese rule. He opposed their way of doctrine-based faith. Instead he connected to the Pentecostal church that was leading the movement of the Holy Spirit in Korea. After attending that church in Seobinggo, he played a pivotal role in founding the Myeongsudae New Jesus Church in Heukseok-dong in the autumn of 1939.

Rev. Lee Ho-bin and Rev. Pak Jae-bong from the Pyongyang New Jesus Church frequently visited the New Jesus Church in Heukseok-dong and held revivals and Bible study classes. Whenever they visited, True Father attended them and deepened his relationship with them. True Father taught the students at the Sunday school, giving them his special love. Further, whenever he went to Pyongyang during summer vacation, he spoke to the Sunday school students at the Pyongyang New Jesus Church.
 
25 While attending school, I taught the students who went to the Myeongsudae Church in Heukseok-dong; I also did the same at the Seobinggo Church. At that time it was very cold, and at night as we crossed the frozen Han River we could hear the plates of ice cracking. It was a frightening sound to hear when I was on the river all alone. Nevertheless, I would cross the Han River in order to teach the Sunday School students of Seobinggo Church. I taught them about the Bible with much animation, so that it would be interesting. I even shed tears. I thought that the students might not like to see me crying, and that they might ask me to stop teaching them. Yet they did not want me to stop; instead, they followed me around and begged me to teach them more. (187-307, 1989/02/12)
 
26 When I was a student, three of my friends and I started the Myeongsudae New Jesus Church in Heukseok-dong. I invested every penny of my tuition. There is still a trace of that church even now. I remember my evangelizing activities to bring many people to that church, before a new church opened in Seobinggo. At the peak of winter the Han River was frozen over, and the cracking sound of its ice was loud and terrifying. I have many memories about what 1 did during that period of Korean history, so filled with bitter sorrows. (543-331, 2006/11/07)
 
27 I am someone who has offered bows even to very small children. I have attended three-year-old children with utmost sincerity, as if they were princes and princesses of heaven. I speak to you now only after having made internally and externally a victorious foundation that will be attested to throughout history. Part of that foundation was to win the hearts of children. I had to win the hearts of people from three generations, representing the past, present and future. I had to establish that tradition. I taught the Sunday school students who came to the Myeongsudae New Jesus Church, loving them sincerely and regarding them as the hope of my life. Some of them wanted to skip school and follow me around; this is because my mission was to pioneer the work of loving Cain. (060-200, 1972/08/17)
 
28 The key leaders at the New Jesus Church in Pyongyang were Rev. Lee Ho-bin, Rev. Pak Jae-bong, and Rev. Han Jun-myeong. That church had a large membership, including several thousand students. It was a beautiful building and was well known. Whenever I came up to Pyongyang and visited that church, I was always welcome to take charge of teaching the students there. I was recognized as a good Sunday School teacher. I knew all the pastors and was popular among the students, so everyone wanted to invite me to their home. (441-271, 2004/03/06)
 
29 I am well aware of the secrets of Rev. Lee Ho-bin, Rev. Han Jun-myeong and Rev. Pak Jae-bong of the New Jesus Church in Pyongyang. When I admonished them about their calling and their responsibility for God's Will, they could not answer me. I advised them not to do certain things that they were involved with. Hence, they feared me more than anyone. I knew all the hidden truths of the Old and New Testaments even as a high school student. In my visits to the church I became such a famous student leader that its thousands of Sunday school students asked me to give sermons. They were mesmerized by my words. When I left, they made such a crowd at the railroad station that the pastors arrived and formed a line in order to protect me. Therefore, the three pastors always listened to my advice.
