Interface with teams in the U.S. and other locations when assistance is needed.<BR><BR>SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: <BR>1. Handle initial customer interaction for Linux OS and Oracle VM issue and provide resolution to ensure a trouble free experience.<BR>2. Familiar with issues related to installation, basic configuration, common Oracle Linux and Oracle VM questions.<BR>3. Familiar with general information in various user space applications/tools, compilers, libraries, daemons and kernel. <BR>4.
