Hello, my name is Jeon Jaehwi. Today, I would like to introduce three of my good habits and three of my bad habits. Everyone has both good and bad habits, and I think it is important to understand them and try to improve myself.
My first good habit is the habit of staying organized. I try to keep my desk, bag, and schedule neat and well-arranged. Because of this habit, I can work more efficiently and avoid unnecessary stress.
My second good habit is the habit of exercising regularly. I make time to move my body, even if it is just simple stretching or a short walk. Because of this habit, I can stay healthy and feel more energetic in my daily life.
My third good habit is the habit of finishing what I start. When I begin a task, I try my best to complete it without giving up. Because of this habit, I can build responsibility and achieve my goals step by step.
Now, I will talk about my bad habits. My first bad habit is the habit of failing to manage my time efficiently. I sometimes focus too much on one thing and lose track of my schedule. Because of this habit, I often feel rushed and stressed.
My second bad habit is the habit of struggling to set priorities. I sometimes spend too much time on less important things. Because of this habit, I cannot always use my time in the best way.
My third bad habit is the habit of taking too long to get ready in the morning. I often spend too much time choosing what to wear or preparing for the day. Because of this habit, I sometimes leave home in a hurry.
I will make efforts to fix my bad habits. To improve my time management, I will make a clear daily plan and follow it carefully. To set priorities better, I will decide what is most important first and start with that. Finally, to save time in the morning, I will prepare everything the night before.
If I fix these bad habits, I will become more responsible and productive. I will keep trying to improve myself and grow into a person who can contribute to society.
