9월 27일 주일예배.

이곳에서 북쪽으로 52마일 거리에 위치한 Bitter Springs Baptist Church에서 예배드렸다.

메시지는 애급에 내려진 열 가지 재앙의 의미.

노예에서 자유민으로, 나그네에서 약속의 땅으로, 구습에서 새로운 성민(聖民)으로의 탈출.

애급의 저항이 녹녹하지 않았다.

이스라엘 백성들조차 거부하기도 했던 대탈출 시도.

그 와중에 나타나는 하나님의 주권과 절대 권능.

이것은 분명히 역사로 기록된 실질적인 사건이었음과 동시에 우리의 삶에서도 나타나는 현상.

그 안에서 벌어지는 갈등과 번뇌.

말씀을 마치고 잠시 우리의 현실 속에서 보고 있는 갈등과 고민을 얼마간 나눴다.

우리도 지금 출애굽의 현장을 살고 있는 것이다.

다만 확실한 것은 하나님의 주권과 능력.

기도하고, 시도하고, 기다리고...

20260927 The Lord's Day Worship.

We worshiped at Bitter Springs Baptist Church, located 52 miles north of here.

The message was the meaning of the ten plagues upon Egypt.

From slave to free man, from wanderer to the Promised Land, from old customs to a new holy people.

Egypt's resistance was not easy to overcome.

Even the people of Israel refused the attempt to escape.

And in the midst of it all, God's sovereignty and absolute power emerge.

This was clearly a real event recorded in history, and it is also a phenomenon that is happening in our lives.

The conflicts and anguish that unfold within is real.

After the talk, we briefly shared some of the conflicts and concerns we see in our own reality.

We are also living in the midst of the Exodus.

What is certain, however, is God's sovereignty and power.

So we just pray, try, and wait...
