＜검사 및 판사의 법왜곡죄 연루 피의자(범죄자)들＞에 대한 ＜소송 비용 2,000만원 ~ 4,000만원＞을 지원하는 것은 국민의 혈세

<검사 및 판사의 법왜곡죄 연루 피의자(범죄자)들>에 대한 <소송 비용 2,000만원 ~ 4,000만원>을 지원하는 것은 국민의 혈세 낭비이므로, 이러한 제도는 반드시 폐지되어야만 합니다.

검사와 판사가 <법을 왜곡>하여 범죄(위법) 행위를 하여 <법왜곡죄의 피의자(범죄자)>가 된 사실에 대해서 <국가 기관(대검찰청 및 대법원)>이 <피의자(범죄자)가 된 검사와 판사>에 대해서 <소송 비용 2,000만원 ~ 4,000만원>을 지원하는 것은 국민의 혈세 낭비이며, <검사와 판사의 법왜곡>으로 엄청난 비용 손실, 시간 손실, 정신적 피해를 입은 선량한 국민들에 대해서는 아랑곳 하지 않는 바, 이 제도는 반드시 <폐지>되어야 합니다.

Regarding the fact that prosecutors and judges have become suspects (criminals) of law distortion crime by distorting the law, it is a waste of taxpayers' money that the National Agency (Supreme Prosecutor's Office and Supreme Court) supports the prosecutors and judges who became suspects (criminals) from KRW 20 million to KRW 40 million, and does not care about the good people who suffered tremendous cost loss, time loss, and mental damage due to the law distortion crime of prosecutors and judges.

<검사와 판사>가 <신속, 공정>하게 <수사 및 재판>을 진행하면 되는 것이며, <정의, 공정, 법치>의 <사법적 가치>를 준수하면 되는 일입니다.

The prosecutor and judge can proceed with the investigation and trial in a prompt, fair manner, and comply with the judicial values of the justice, fairness, and rule of law.

따라서, 지식인의 한 사람으로서, 이러한 <검사 및 판사의 법왜곡죄 연루 피의자(범죄자)들>을 위한 이러한 제도는 반드시 폐지되어야만 합니다.

Therefore, as one of the intellectuals, this system for these suspects (criminals) involved in the distortion of the law of prosecutors and judges must be abolished.
