What does this course involve?
This course would be appropriate for a person working as a senior manager in a medium sized organisation or the CEO of a small organisation.
The course prepares you in areas such as strategic planning, managing risk and managing systems.
The classes for the Advanced Diploma of Business Management are conducted on a Monday evening from 6-9pm
This course is also available to International Students.
Course structure
There are eight units of competency, which make up the Advanced Diploma of Business Management. Competency is required across all eight units.
Entrance requirements
You must have management qualifications at a Diploma level and/or significant management experience. Applicants who have limited management and leadership experience should consider completing the Certificate IV in Business and the Diploma of Business Management before attempting the Advanced Diploma
Selection criteria
Qualifications at the Diploma level in Business and or significant business management experience which provides the underpinning skills and knowledge at the Diploma level.
Length of course
Part-time - one evening per week over two years.

Courses
After completing this course, you may apply to study a Bachelor of Management at various universities and may receive credit for studies already undertaken. You will need to negotiate with the individual institutions to arrange recognition of prior learning (RPL).
