14:66 While Peter was below in the courtyard, 베드로가 아랫 뜰에 있는 동안

one of the servant girls of the high priest came by. 대제사장의 여종들 중의 하나가 곁으로 왔다. 

14:67 When she saw Peter warming himself, 그 여자가 베드로가 몸을 녹이는 것을 보고

she looked closely at him. 그녀는 아주 가깝게 그를 쳐다보았다.

"You also were with that Nazarene, Jesus." she said.

"당신도  나사렛 예수와 함께 있었다."고 그녀가 말했다.

14:68 But he denied it. 그러나 그는 그것을 부인했다.

"I don't know or understand what you're talking about," he said, 

나는 모른다. 네가 말하는 것에 대해서도 이해하지 못한다."고 그가 말했다.

and went out into the entryway(입구). 그리고 그는 입구로 나갔다.

14:69 When the servant girl saw him there, 그 여종이 그를 거기서 보았을 때

she said again to those standing around, 그 여자는 다시 주변에 서있는 사람들에게 말했다. 

 "This fellow is one of them." 이 사람이 그들 중에 한 사람이다. 

14:70 Again he denied it. 그는 다시 그것을 부인했다.

After a little while, those standing near said to Peter, 잠시 후에 근처에 서있는 자들이 베드로에게 말했다.

"Surely you are one of them, for you are a Galilean." 확실히 너는 갈릴리 사람이기 때문에 그들 중에 하나다. 

14:71 He began to call down curses on himself, 

그는 자신에게 저주를 내리기 시작했습니다.

and he swore to them, 그는 그들에게 맹세했다.

"I don't know this man you're talking about."나는 너희가 말하고 있는 이 사람에 대해 모른다.

14:72 Immediately the rooster crowed the second time. 즉각적으로 수탉이 두번째 울었다.

Then Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken to him:

그때 베드로는 예수께서 그에게 말했던 그 말씀을 기억했다.

 "Before the rooster crows twice you will disown me three times." 

수탉이 두번 울기 전에 네가 나를 세번 부인할 것이다.

And he broke down(쓰러지다.무너지다) and wept. 그는 쓰러져서 울었다.
